SHIPPING

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of NZ$14.99 on each New Zealand order.

We will make every effort to ship your order within 1-business day.

All orders will be dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse or Rotorua warehouse and will be shipped by Fedex, DHL, Australia Post or NZ Post, but we may select another quality carrier if required.

Shipments can take approximately 2-10 days to arrive depending on your location and carrier capacity with most deliveries arriving within a week.

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout, your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

In the event that an incorrect address was entered, please email Customer Service at sales@detectorsdownunder.co.nz immediately. Detectors Down Under New Zealand cannot accommodate all address change requests.
